Q: I'm new! How do I start?  

A: Welcome! Fill out our wholesale application form here.

Q: OK, form submitted, what's next?

A: Create a customer account. Once we have reviewed your app, we'll switch your customer account to wholesale so can shop online anytime.

Q. What are your most popular scents and styles?

A. The most popular jars are the mason, amber apothecary, and jelly jar.

The most popular scents are: Mountain Pine, Tobacco & Honey, Cozy Cabin, Lavender Lemon, Mahogany Coconut, Sea Salt & Agave, and Fern Moss & Amber.

Q: Can you send me samples?

A: Tea light samples are available for purchase, you can purchase 1 or all 23 scents. You do not need to meet the minimum of $150 when purchasing tea lights. 

Q: Do you sell on consignment? 

A: Shoot! Sorry, we do not sell on consignment.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Orders must be paid before shipping. We do not offer terms.

Q: Do you offer private labeling?

A. Not at this time. If there is a project you'd like to collaborate on, please reach out!

Q: What does your turnaround time look like? 

A: We try to get all orders shipped out within 10 business days. If you have questions about our current lead time or need an order by a certain date, please give us a shout!

Q: Do you have minimums? 

A: We have a $150 minimum for new orders and re-orders.

Q: Do you accept returns? 

A: Only defective items may be exchanged for product or credit toward the next order - if you're not happy with anything please let us know ASAP so we can make it right!

Q: What if there's another shop close to me that sells Woodfire Candle Co? 

A: While we do our best not to oversaturate any areas, zip code protection is up to our discretion. Let us know if you have any concerns about this!

Q: How are orders delivered? 

A: We offer free drop-off for all Duluth, Superior and surrounding area orders, otherwise orders ship via Priority Mail or UPS - you can choose the best option for you at checkout.
